Do you trust laser machines from China? Are ther reliable?
I really thinking of buying the 808 Diode Laser machine 3000W from Aliexpress (940$). Do you recommend?

I have had experience with laser machines in the past (IPL) with mediocre results, so now I want to buy a good machine (and not too expensive) for use on myself, friends and family members.

Real laser machines cost $50000 or more. Look for alexandrite type lasers ( or ND :yag if treating darker skin tones). A low end priced unit is going to give you low end results ( if any at all, mediocre or otherwise) . Real laser machines also require training and expertise. Please dont give money to china for something that will not work.
