My blood pressure has been slightly elevated for the past few weeks and my doctor gave me a prescription for Triamterene (potassium sparing diuretic) last week. I noticed yesterday morning that it had a warning about avoiding sunlight on the pill bottle. This sounds like something that could cause issues with my LHR treatments. Anyone have any experience with this or suggestions? (I’m going to contact my doctor and get her opinion.)

yes, you should contact your doctor and LHR tech. generally, any photosensitive medications shouldn’t be combined with treatments.

I have talked to both and I’m having a test spot done the week before my appointment to see if it has made me sensitive to the laser light. (I hope not, after 7 weeks my back is still nearly hair free!)
