Is there any chemical that could smallen the growth circle of hair? I just want shorter hair and not fully removed.
try using clippers you get a nice result like the kind you cut hair on your head with.
Yeah but the tip of the hair is thick. I want a normal short hair with thin tip.
No chemical can give you the result you desire. Only L.A.S.E.R. treatment or underpowered electrolysis could hope to give you that result.
It would take a skilled practitioner to use either method to give you what you want.

Underpowered electrolysis means less Sodium Hydroxide in the follicle?
If one were utilizing Galvanic, or Blend, then less Sodium Hydroxide would be produced. If Thermolysis were the mode of choice, there would be less heat produced at the base of the follicle. Inadequate amounts of heat delivered to the base of the bulge area of the follicle is the cause of the failure for heat based hair removal. If the upper layers of skin are heated highly, while the bulge remains at a lower temp, unwanted damage occurs in the upper layers, distortion is possible, and hair continues to grow.
