Why does it take so long (average 3 weeks)? I mean, if you treat the hair with the laser, isn’t that hair “dead” right then and there? Shouldn’t it just fall it with the slightest tug right away? What exactly is happening to the hair itself that it takes 3 weeks for the hair to become loose in the skin and easily extractable?
