“Another basic expectation is to document, archive and share all data and methodology so they are available for careful scrutiny by other scientists, giving them the opportunity to verify results by attempting to reproduce them. This practice, called full disclosure, also allows statistical measures of the reliability of these data to be established.”

In the link you left us, is the answer to your question. Try it yourself and see who is right. You have the method and material. Confirm or refutes, but do not be guided by what others said. Nor is there evidence that working in anagen is more effective than doing it in telogen.

There are people on this forum who will vouch for josefa as she has updated a few people from hair tell. Quite frankly it works so who cares. People will stick to what works when the so called methods that follow science don’t. science is not exact at that even…and that’s coming from a chemist.

YB, I recovered this video for you. This is a treatment with most of the hair in telogen. If you look closely you will see that the lack of water in the follicle is not an obstacle to work. The current is working perfectly in the target area, hair slides out easily and the results are equally predictable. The difference is that this women have a clearance of more than 90% of the hairs in this area, and therefore, the results of the first clearance will be equivalent.
