Shaving vellus or hormonal hair

Is it ok to shave vellus, hormonal hair, peach fuzz (or any type of hair) in between laser sessions? Will it affect the laser treatments? and will the hair grow back thicker after shaving?

I have hair on my face I am having removed and and it looks to obvious, mainly in the day in between sessions… So I just wanted to know if it is ok to shave?? also does my hair I am having removed have to be a certain length before laser, or can it be cleanly shaven when I get my laser done???

Any help would be appreciated…

Shaving does not change the structure of the hair,it may seem the hair is thicker , this is because you are cutting the pointy tip of the hair and the middle point of the hair is thick.

I would be very careful.I do not like laser on a womens face. putting Laser on light coloured , fine hairs, can stimulate hair growth.

Yes, this does happen, so do weigh things carefully before you go forward.

IT IS OKAY TO SHAVE!

Shaving does nothing to the hair, so you can shave all you want. However, you shouldn’t be getting laser treatments on that type of hair. Laser doesn’t work on that type of hair and can actually make it more coarse instead.
