Settings on Cutera Coolglide for skin type V

I was wondering if someone would be able to tell me if the settings used on me for my first treatment are good. I have skin type 5 (Indian ethnicity) with very dark coarse hair. I had my lower legs/knees and Brazilian done. The treatment wasn’t uncomfortable at all so I am a little concerned.

Settings: 55 Jcm, 30 Ms, 10mm spot size
Machine used: Cutera Coolglide machine - Nd:Yag laser
