Sequentium by Silhouet -Tone Training Disc Needed

I have recently purchased a sequentium 328, used. It came without the training CD. Is there anyone out there who can make a copy of the disc or has one that they are willing to part with? I am a CPE and accustomed to using a manual, knob machine but am anxious to learn how to use my new digital machine.

Sheri, have you called Silhouet- Tone and asked them if you could purchase a CD? They are very helpful in my experience with them. If no one comes forth, that’s what I would advise.

Dee

I did call them first before posting. They informed me that no discs were sold seperately from the machine. I have since been trying to find one sold seperately.

You would think that with all the people reading this, someone would come forward to offer to help you with their disk that they have not used in years.

Come on people. There are ways around this.

I too have purchased a sequentium 328 used and would like to get a training CD. Would someone be willing to make a copy or upload the files and kindly share?

The training video is not helpful for what you need to really know. Do you have an manual?

I will look in the archives…

The equipment just arrived today. Dfahey, thanks for the insight. Unfortunately there is no manual. Do you or anyone else have a manual for a sequentium 328?

I have a manual and VHS tape for the Sil-Tone sequentium VMC model. So the company was not very helpful? Did you call the Vermont location?

You can contact this seller:

By the way, come on! Are there any electrologists reading hairtell who own a 328 that can help jimbo? You can private message jimbo if you want to remain incognito.

Found it! I don’t recall there being a video, but I have the booklet that came with the 328. It certainly won’t provide any training, but it explains the features. I would be willing to copy and email pages from it.

If I remember correctly, I used the HAIR TYPE, MODES and then fine tuned it with the INTENS and TIME. I wonder if one of these newly purchased 328s is the one I traded in to Dectro… It worked fine, but I just didn’t like the pressure it took to push those buttons.

I have the VHS videos of the Schuster tapes if anyone would be interested in purchasing them. I’ve replaced them with DVDs.

If you could scan the booklet for the 328, I would greatly appreciate it.

I called the company but they said they do not sell the tape on its own. I think it was Florida location, which was the only one listed here in the states.

Thanks for the link to that ad. Unfortunately when I messaged the seller, I received notice from the website that the ad was no longer listed.

Update. I got a hold of their support staff, and they were able to provide scans of the manual.
I have posted them (2 files) on a hosting site in case anyone else needs them.

Thank you everyone for all the help.

I know this is an old thread, but I am looking for this 328 manual and I could not access the scanned shared information on the link that was posted here. Probably because it was so long ago…

Is there any way someone can please share the manual for the 328?

Or I would be willing to purchase a copy of the user manual? Do you know where I could find one?

Thank you

Update on user manual status for Silhouet-Tone ThermoBlend 328. I called ST after sales toll free number from their website and they were able to find and send me a PDF file of the user manual. It was very easy and they were very nice.
