Scrotal Telangiectasia Removal?

I’m sure many of you have noticed that the typical scrotum, especially when stretched out, has spiderlike veins. I’m wondering if spider vein removal is ever asked for on these.

Hi Kriegbert,
When you stretch scrotal skin really well many things become visible - spider veins, hair follicles, etc. That’s because the skin is thin. Not because the veins are faulty. So there is no reason to remove them. The scrotal skin needs the circulation to work in order to survive.
While on face, chest and legs “spider veins” are permanently dilated veins that have come to the surface, hence why we sometimes call them “broken capillaries”. These can be treated by Electrolysis from the weist up or sclerotherapy on legs.
