scars?

I recently had an electrolysis treatment. It has been over a week now since the treatment and i appear to have tiny indent or pothole like marks in my skin from where the needle was inserted. Are these permanent? Would it be best to find a new electrologist?

It’s not uncommon to see little scabs (eschars) where hairs were treated, but holes are not very common. I’d hold off going back there until your skin recovers, and if it still looks bad after a couple of weeks, I’d look for someone else.
