Yes, it was interesting what the derm said. He actually prescribed nothing and indicated that three months is still early to decide to intervene and treat the skin. He said that I should let the skin heal and can see him after three months if need be. When I asked about retin A, he said while it can help, it can increase redness in this area. He said I should just let the skin do its work right now and be gentle on it in this area – when shaving, etc…
I’ll post some new photos. scars do look better – more elevated and a bit smaller than before.
