scarred from electrolysis and upset at doctor!

I had a horrible experience at the derm office today. I had been waiting to see this dermatoligist for months in hopes he could help me with pock mark, holes & wrinkling all over my chin and lower area of face as I am extremely self consious about it, it just looks ridiculous and I wonder what people think it is from since its only on half my face. I cant even cover it up it makes it worse(the pock marks stand out more) some days I dont even want to leave the house its so bad.
Anyways this “doctor”(who is about 80 years old and probably blind as a bat) didnt even look for more then 2 seconds, then states he sees nothing , its all in my head and I need to see a phychologist for deeper issues!!! I tried to tell him I have had electrolysis for a male pattern beard for 7 years and its not in my head if he would look closer but he would not listen, just dismissed me entirely. I was very offended and frustrated…
So I am crazy because I dont like walking around with holes, dents, pock marks and lines all over my face from getting a beard removed for 7 years??? Sorry if I dont like looking like I just treated a male beard all over my face when I am 32 years old, I am so mad right now!
Does anyone know what I can do for this since obviously doctor wont help. I was using retinA but I am pregnant now so i have to wait to use it again but I dont think it was helping enough. Thananks if anyone has suggestions.

Can you provide us with a high resolution image of the affected area? I would like to see what has happened to your skin. I suggest you find another doctor, perhaps someone that specializes in corrective procedures and skin care. We are here for you.

Yes I will try to get a picture as soon as I can I dont have a camera at the moment but Ill try to get one to show just might take a few days. thanks for replying.

I hope you didn’t pay him.

Try another derm. And if possible, upload a pic

If we know where you are located, we may be able to help you get better treatment.

Maybe you could see an esthetician. You could try a series of chemical peels. I have known a number of people who have had severe acne scarring and chem. peels have dramatically reduced the scarring and the pitting.
