Even though your post is a few months old, I have a fantastic electrologist in Fair Oaks (in the northeastern Sacramento Metropolitan Area) that I’m thrilled to recommend. Her contact info is here. She tends to be pretty busy, especially in the evenings and weekends, so it’s best to call for an appointment at least a week ahead of time. After going to a bunch of electrologists who tweezed or were really slow, it was a relief to find her. Good luck!
