Is it normal for a laser hair place to have the resident RN do the procedure???
It depends upon the particular rules and regulations for your state/country. Some states only allow MDs and PAs to perform laser hair removal, other states allow virtually anyone (with or without training) to do these procedures. Check your state Medical Board to find out what the situation is in your area.
