Joseph Charles Asch
1957 - 2018

11/21/1957-10/9/2018 - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph Charles Asch, our friend and the President of Ballet Technologies. He leaves behind his wife Elizabeth Austin, and his two children Henry and Tory as well as his parents and two brothers.

Joe was a successful entrepreneur who loved to create and build businesses. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1979 and Yale Law School in 1983. He briefly worked for Bain & Co, then formed Ballet Technologies in France. After returning to the US, he settled in Hanover, NH, and invested in and eventually co-owned the River Valley Club, a health and fitness center.

Joe entered the electrolysis market 30 years ago. Since then, Joe has had a huge impact on the industry as well as many of us individually through his work with Ballet Sterile Disposable Electrolysis Needles. Anyone who spent time with him knows he relished a healthy discussion and lively debate, as well as good food and wine. Joe’s loss affects us all, and we will miss his dedication to the electrolysis industry.

His mind, his manner, his humor, his thoughtfulness – we will miss all that and more.
