So since this has been out there since this morning, I’ll take a crack at it. TBH I’m not lasers biggest supporter, and my experince is limited to that of it’s use on myself.
Laser tends to work best on thick/dense dark hair. The answer to your question, it would largely depend on where you are having laser done.
I also am on t-blockers (specifically cyperterone but I was on spiro for about a year) . From my experience, after 11 sessions with what I believe was an alexandrite laser, I had less than spectacular results.my testosterone hovered around 1.4 p/mol the entire time I has laser, which was on the face. I got only about 25% reduction after 11 sessions, and most of that returned after a few months. I also have dark hair and light skin.
For the body, many here have suggested that results can vary.Particularly on the arms which seem to be left with streaks and areas which dont seem to treat well. Also if you look above I noted laser works best on the thicker hairs, and on the thinner ones doesnt seem to fare as well. If you have been on blockers for 4 years, then it’s likely body hair has thinned down considerably during that time and would logically lessen the effects.HRT wouldnt affect facial hair so for that it wouldnt make a difference.
If it were me paying the money, hands down I would dish out for electrolysis over laser. By the time you figure out laser may not have worked for you, the money is long gone.
