I’m 22 male. I plan on treating several areas and I can spot tiny vellus hairs that will no doubt become coarse in a couple years or earlier like the rest of the hair already present. can these even be removed with electrolysis as well? some of them are almost not visible. I never touched them btw, what if i cut off the tips so they become more noticeable would that be an option?

Cut the tip of the hair will not make the hair more noticeable. There are few hairs that a conscientious electrologist can not treat, as very thin and blond they may seem.
