Hello, I have a new client who is interested in removing old hair plugs. Many of the hairs are individual hairs while some are up to 4 hairs per transplanted opening.

He is looking to regain a more natural hair line as the rest of his natural hair recedes on his scalp. Unfortunately, I have not found much on this procedure except that it could cause pitting and will be likely painful.

Any direction or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks much!

I did it once. It is normal epilation, just the depth of the root sheath may be a bit different. I stopped the treatment because that client was on the best way to blemish himself.
