Anyone remember when Tyra Banks did an episode on women who had scarring after receiveing some type of treatment- either laser or electrolysis. I can’t remember which one it was. 2 of the women were african american, and one I believe was either white or latina, with somewhat pale skin. One african american woman had bad scarring on her stomach, and the white or Latina had scarring on her lip, but it wasn’t readily visible when she sat on the stage (make up maybe?).
I was wondering if anyone remembers if these women had laser or eletrolysis. I’m worried that, since I’m african american with sensitive skin, I could have some serious permanent scars. I don’t know if I keyloid, but cuts from a razor on my arm have raised scars that are lighter than the rest of my skin, so I am a bit worried.
