Okay I’m just going to put this out there on the public forum. I am actively seeking to recruit a Certified Electrologist to join my clinic in Ottawa. I’m currently running at beyond my capacity to work and turning down new clients. I’d prefer an experienced electrologist who knows how to build up their own clientele, but I am willing to train as well, as a passion for electrolysis and thorough knowledge are of the upmost importance.

Unfortunately that wouldnt help the situation.The idea is to not have an unoccupied treatment room in my clinic at the same time I am turning away potential new clients because I dont have any time left to treat them.So I have an expensive unused resource plus I need a backup.What happens when I get sick…?Thees potential to grow my business and provide another professional a career that wouldnt be served by sending clients to another city for treatment.

I am a little sceptical that you will find established electrologist. They have their own business already. Maybe your option is to recruit newly graduated electrologist (by contacting the electrolysis schools) and train her/him. Good luck.
