Which machine and clinic have you had a great experience in Toronto?
I cant make any laser recommendations, but Rea at follikill.com is a very good electrologist there if you decide to go that route.
Bellair Laser! And they have specials sometimes where you can buy a bunch of packages and save.
Go to their Yorkville location because the Yonge/Eggy ladies had me on too low of a setting for 5 sessions and when I transferred the attendant said she was shocked at how low they still had it and upped the frequency quite a bit.
I am dark skinned though they have lasers for every skin type.
