question on male hair reduction/

Ok i have not ever done this but have looked into this for a while.

I do have some $$ saved up — I’d consider doing a full body package (white male - thick dark hair on chest, back, butt (i guess you would do full legs then) shoulders… also would like less razor burn on my neck

What I am concerned about is the hair growing back. I understand there is never going to be a “guarantee” but does it tend to come back even???

Do men tend to do their arms and legs for a few treatments and get even, reduced growth when it comes back???

Any recommendations for ppl who offer maintenance for 2 years or so afterwards?? (Chicago)

Thanks.

here’s a link with some success stories for you.

On light skin and dark COARSE hair, laser works well on all areas you describe except shoulders which area harder to treat. Fine sparse hair is also hard to treat on any area. But you need to find a good laser and someone who knows what they’re doing to operate it for good permanent results. They need to set the settings right etc. You can learn about all this on this forum. Please read the FAQs to start: www.hairremovalforum.com/faq.cfm

can anyone attest to effective REDUCTION on areas such as the um, rear, legs etc…

Have ppl had results where it grows back EVENLY?

I really just want to thin out these areas, not to be bald or look like i have patches…

Thanks for the link – I feel like I’m fairly well informed, but it is a lot of time/ money/ effort to do this.

the first link has stories of people with effective reduction, which is what you’re asking for. everything else depends on type of skin, hair, laser, and skill of the operator.

i had my beard done with IPL and laser. it was a horrible experience. the “results” are patchy and uneven. a waste of money and time. it took 1.5 years. its like i paid someone to turn me into a monster.

If you do some research on these forums, you will soon find out that IPL is not very good.

Ive had Gentlelsae on my chest/abs only 3 treatments. It is slightly patchy, but not too bad. Its only because the nurse missed some parts, so they are still dark hair and noticable.

Its not the machines fault. Most places will give you free touch ups anyways, so you should ok if you find one that does.
