After I complete LHR can using oils (as moisturizer) on my butter such as Olive Oil reverse the effects and the hair comeback?

Yes you can use any oils or moisturizing creams after laser and it will not cause any effects that trigger hair growths. If oils and moisturizers had that power on hair follicles, bald people would not exist.
