Question about female facial hair removal

I’m currently in the process of removing my facial hair… everything seems to be going fine, I’m about 5 hours in, and have seen a huge reduction. However, even though almost all my hairs are light, I still have a prickly stubbly feeling just on my cheeks. It really bothers me… are there any tips and tricks to make the hair not feel so cactus-y while I am in the middle of electrolysis??? I know tweezing, waxing etc. is off limits, and I know that shaving will just prolong the problem, and make it harder for my electrologist to grab the hair. Any ideas?

May I suggest you give coconut oil a try ? I have a rather large beard and I use coconut oil on it to keep it soft.

Okay, I’ll try that.

It also smells great!

The best thing is that once all the current hairs are treated (those that may have been shaved or tweezed or waxed in the period leading up to you starting treatment) any hairs growing in will have a tapered tip which will dramatically reduce the stubbly feeling.
