Hello all. I’m a woman dealing with PCOS-related hirsutism. I’ve been seeing an electrolysist for about 9 months for treating my chin, upper neck, and upper lip.
She uses the thermolysis method and just started on the upper lip a few months ago. Here’s a photo that I just took, having had my last treatment two weeks ago. I know that the hyperpigmentation can take time to heel but I’m concerned that I’m seeing some pitting. For the record, I was not previously tweezing this area, just shaving. Is this normal for two weeks post treatment? I’m also curious if the fact that I’m seeing regrowth so quickly is also normal. Thank you.
