I recently had a laser treatment on my back using the GentleLase system and felt pretty good coming out - slightly pink skin, but next two days my entire back broke out with a lot of whitehead pimples. Is this normal? If so, anything I can do to reduce this now and to help prevent or reduce on next treatment?

This can occur for several reasons. One thing that can help quite a bit is to keep the area clean and exfoliated before treatment. Sweat and bacteria in your skin can commonly cause these whiteheads. Before treatment, have them thoroughly clean your back and any other areas with an astringent like witch hazel or Tend Skin. Have them do the same right after treatment, and try to keep the area clean and dry until the irritation subsides.
