Possible phishing scam sent to electrologists

A colleague sent this to me. She is sure that this is some type of phishing scam…besides - she lives in Kansas and they are coming to Kansas from Malaysia?

Found an identical email in my SPAM file. Another colleague emailed me to ask if I thought this was legitimate!

I was surprised at all the SPAM emails that gmail filtered for me!
