I just finished my 3rd treatment of laser on my face, but the only area not fully effected was the upper lip, and it’s very course thick black hair. I told her about this and she said that the upper lip doesn’t work too well. It was actually the most painful area to treat too.
I don’t know, maybe more treatments are needed for good results.
