Somebody please help me, I’m freaking out!! I got thermolysis done on my lower back about 9 days ago and I got a lot of redness, pustule formation (I think I get them from the heat, as I usually get them whenever something causes my skin to warm up extensively) and scabbing. By the 8th night, the pustules had dried up and I mostly had small scabs (with a few pinkish red bumps). That night, the area was extremely itchy so I couldn’t help myself and did the unimaginable in the world of electrolysis- I scratched away. Some of the scabs were removed, and the area was quite pink. Now it’s the 10th day and my skin looks pretty much the same. Will it ever heal completely? Did I ruin my skin? Please help

What you describe seems to be normal "side-effects’ post-treatment. Don’t touch to the scabs. It will desappear progresively with time.
About scratching …
Not recommended, of course, but I’ve had several clients scratch their post-treatment area. Usually happens during the night when they feel some itching. The areas got a bit mangled and bloody but healed without any difficulty … zero problems.
Remember when you fell off your bike and “skinned” your leg or knee? You won’t be able to find scars from this, because the epidermis (the only layer injured) grows back perfectly.
Don’t scratch … but don’t worry. (If you did NOT cause an infection all is well.)
The old recommendation of “never remove a scab” is over-stated. In some cases it’s appropriate (but using the right technique.) Too much information to discuss that situation here …
