I am Pakistani Male - white skin - and black coarse hair all over the back. All of the laser clincs are saying that the have state of the art technology to treat it. But i am not sure which Laser is specifically for me, Please Help.

Also, as a Pakistani, you’re at least a type III. Middle Eastern skin is not normally pale like the caucasian pale, and has underlying pigment even if it’s not tanned.
