I am full blooded Irish, so I have naturally pale skin and dark brown curly hair, I would like to be professionally rid of all hair on my stomach, arms, legs, underarms, face, and bikini area…any suggestions on what to have done, I would like the most permanent method but am a college student and don’t have a ridiculous amount of money to spend, and do most methods leave scarring? Electrolysis is the only proven permanent method of hair removal.

The thing you can do is get a plan. Electrolysis, with the several sessions you will need, will cost. Sounds like you may need a couple thousand dollars behind you for the areas you describe??? If you have no money for this, you can continue with temporary measures or take James’s advice to get a book, get an epilator and get a buddy,and do it yourself.
Starting fast and aggressive with electrolysis will get you to the end faster. Preparing an electrolysis only money account would be part of your plan so money won’t be an issue as you begin treatment. You really shouldn’t start and stop. The second part of your plan should center around finding a practitioner that is worthy of your hard earned dollars. Learn all you can about electrolysis so you know early in the game when to move on to another electrologist. The third part of your plan is keeping your motivation high and pushing forward week after week until that first clearance is obtained,and then staying with it for those maintenance sessions. Permanacy will come if you understand what your role is. There is no easy way down when the subject is hair removal.
