Please give me an advice what to buy

I liked this forum very much. I want to buy an electrolysis (blend most likely). I have seen a couple of used ones in ebay. However I am not sure. Here is a couple of them:

STEREX SX-B BLEND
CARLTON CC 337 AUTO BLEND
Pro Grade Fischer Epilator Model SE-2 Electrolysis Thermolysis
or completely new one like

hinkel (Electro-Blend Classic
EB-Classic)

I have never had a hands on experience with any of those professional epilators, but I will say that they all are capable of affecting hair tissue and disabling hair follicles. If you are not an eectrologist, the simpler the better, would be the best choice. One knob for intensity and one knob for timing. One button for thermolysis and one button for galvanic.

I would NOT work on your own face or anybody else’s. The risk of scarring is pretty good and it is hard to do insertions on yourself.

Ask if the epilator you choose has been calibrated or checked lately to make sure all is functioning correctly.

That’s my advice! Good luck!

The above is extremely Good advice! The machine you mention has a good reputation. Basically any professional grade machine with basic controls for blend will do the job. Learn to crawl before you walk. I’ve found ebay doesnt have a lot of machines and they tend to be more expensive. I have had more luck looking places lke craigslist, or here in Canada kijiji. Often you can find a local electrologist who is either retiring, closing shop, or who has older machines they have replaced.

This is where Dee and I differ! Because I DID take on my own face and those of others. It’s how I learned! But I will echo Dee’s advice that insertions are difficult , and in some cases down right imposible on yourself. If I didnt have help from someone else wanting to learn I would not have accomplished what I have.

This is also good advice and also another good reason to look at local for sale sites, you can test the machine before you buy. I had to return one machine because it didnt. Being able to verify a machine is in good working order is extremely important before you buy.

All of those are good machines. Your best value might be the Fishcer SE-2, as the ebay prices currently shown are awfully low. Buy with confidence, as the Fischer and Hinkel companies have unified and offer service on both brands out of California, and places like Texas Electrolysis Supply also service them as well. Part are still readily available for these.
