How did Pete Sampras used to go from this:

Judging by the first photograph its obvious that Sampras must have thick hair all over his body. He probably used to wax his back, shoulder and upper arms. Do you think he used some kind of clipping device to trim the chest hair? Plus I’m guessing with that amount of hair on his back/shoulders even if he waxed it, he would get regrowth very soon, however I have never seen him with back hair. How do you think he did this?

Agassi used to be hairy as well, now he doesn’t have a single hair on his body, do you think he waxes or has taken a more permanent route?

The Sampras picture is inconclusive, but bodysmooth.co.uk claims Agassi has had laser according to Time Magazine in September [06?] 1999.

I admire Pete as a sportsman, but the hair could go. In my opinion he would look a lot more athletic without it. Professional sportsmen don’t need lots of sticky hair to perform at their best.

Trust me, it’s hot wearing a hair sweater like that when playing tennis. I used to do that.

Several years ago, Agassi was going to market some kind of body hair trimmer but I never heard more about it. He would periodically remove his body hair but from Andrea’s post he must have gone for the permanent method.
