Permanent scarring upper lip

Hi, I have posted here before about my chin, and now I have another question. I had a session on February 5 to my upper lip, chin, cheeks vs vs. and this scar (I guess it’s a scar?) started showing on February 15. I have taken pictures every day, so I know the exact dates. I feel like it’s getting worse, and I’m afraid it won’t disappear.

I had another appointment on February 20, and after that appointment I felt like it disappeared, but after the swelling went down, it started to show up again. I also have this tension in my upper lip and chin—it feels dry every time I move my mouth or jaw.

I’m so exhausted from dealing with this. I cry every time I look in the mirror because it’s so obvious. I don’t know what to do. I followed all of my aftercare and skincare routines. I can’t go outside because I feel so insecure about it.

and everytime i wash my face these areas gets really red. i have taken the pictures after i washed my face here is the less red one

Temporary redness, pigmentation and uneven texture are to be expected from electrolysis. It’s a normal part of your skin’s healing process, and yours is an extremely minor example that will heal by itself.

If you continue on with electrolysis, you have to understand that you will not have flawless skin for the duration of treatments. My recommendation is that you do not continue until you can be convinced that these temporary side effects will resolve naturally. If this very small amount of temporary pigmentation and uneven texture are enough to make you cry every time you look in the mirror and remain indoors, then electrolysis is not the right treatment for you.

Yeah, I figured that out after I did electrolysis. I wish I had done more research about it. I hope you’re right that it will fade away because it feels like it’s going to stay there forever, and that makes me feel really bad. I know pigmentation and these kinds of things are normal, but it still made me panic. Thank you for your answer—it really relieved me.

and what can i do for the healing process? should i just let my skin heal by itself or should i use silicone gel or something

micro fillers with your own fat cells or exogenous of which many are available and lots of fake unhygienic ones are overwhelming markets

but you need to find the right dermatologists, not every one of them are knowledgeable and specialized in these particular fields. Some are experts in using endogenous fat cells but many are not.
Some have poor injection skills/techniques.
