Permanent red dots after long hair epilation

I got a Braun silk epil xpressive 7 a while ago and used it to epilate my legs and chest (I’m male). The hairs were long and it hurt a lot and I was left with red dots that still haven’t completely disappeared after 7 months. I learned to use the epilator correctly though - shaved the hairs first and trimmed them short and it’s been working very well for me but my legs and chest don’t look so sexy with these post-acne-like red dots.

What do you recommend to get rid of those? Glycolic acid maybe? Can I use that when I epilate? Doesn’t it make the skin more sensitive?

Was there an ingrown hair on the spot?

I had the same problem on my chest and stomach areas with this tool…

Looked like a horrible rash… It drove me crazy

I began to experiment with some reasonable success…

I compared this to a diaper rash…tried TREATING FOR THIS CONDITION. AD ointment poor results

BUT NEOSPOREN
(TRIPLE ANTISEPTIC OINTMENT, FROM DILLONS GROCERY)

IT HAS PROMOTED RATHER QUICK IMPROVEMENT… 24 HOURS 50% BETTER… I THINK I MAY HAVE FOUND A FIX.

GOOD LUCK
