PCOS results - Electrolysis versus Laser

Hello-
I am 23 and was diagnosed with PCOS at 16 and at that time was already suffering with a lot of excess hair growth. I was lucky in that i immediately saw an endocrinologist that prescribed metformin and spironalactone which definately helped, but i also pursued laser hair removal. I went to six sessions and each time i had all of my hair regrow. It was pretty heartbreaking because my family paid for the the expensive treatments and we didnt see the result i had hoped for. Now that I am older, I am saving up to get another round of treatments hoping that the medicine I’ve taken over time might help sustain hair removal.

My question is this, should i pursue electrolysis given my track record with lasers or should i try lasers again? I dont have a lot of money but this is a huge priority for me, so i was wondering if you had suggestions. I hope to do my chin/upper neck first but eventually my legs and bikini line too later on. I have read articles in that favor electrolysis over laser, but i've read the opposite too. I would REALLY appreciate any advice you might have.

Thank you sooo much.

Actually, my advise is always, if you have money to gamble with, you may want to give LASER a try before you switch to Electrolysis, but if you don’t have money to lose, and you can find a good electrologist, it is best to go with the proven winner. (That’s electrolysis)
