Partial Hair Removal

I am quite a hairy legged male and have not really cared about it much until recently. A few of my lady friends have commented on it, and seemingly not in a good way. So I have done some reading, but still can’t seem to find a good answer.

Can something like laser removal just reduce the amount of hair (either by number, or length/how fast it grows) on ones body with treatment, or is it a more ‘all or none’ idea and the hair gets totally removed? Im not needing to keep the hair, just showing up with totally clean legs would provide questions I think <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

If you get just a few treatments, that should decrease the hair in density. I would use a Yag laser so that mostly the most coarse and dark hair would be targeted, but any laser would be fine if you don’t have options. It’s important to find an expeirenced tech would be careful not to miss spots for this to be an even reduction too.

OK, thanks for the info. I went off and did some looking for some local clinics, but haven’t been having a whole lot of luck. The closest city near me is Edmonton, AB, Canada, and there does appear to be a few clinics in the city.

Anyone have any reccomendations for that area?

try to run a search using the search feature for your city on this and the other 2 forums.

Yes, getting a few full leg treatments should give you a pretty good reduction, something that you might be comfortable with, especially with the lady friends. Bear in mind, when you see how your legs look being hair free (during those hair free periods), you might like them that way. They do look cleaner and you leg muscles are more pronounced.
