OMI MEDICAL INC Toronto

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone on this forum has ever had hair removal done at OMI medical inc in Toronto.

I was wondering if this place had a good reputation.

This is there website. http://www.omihair.com/.

They use a cooling gel before doing the treatment so it seems to me like they probably don’t use a real laser. http://omihair.com/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=20 the guy doesn’t have a very funny sense of humor. You’d have to check them out and find out what machine they use and the costs before you start. They also seem to think that 9 treatments is acceptable. I would be aiming for less.

It’s the photo gallery of their office that gets me, 33 pictures with like 29 of them showing their sales floor, CEOs office, meeting rooms etc, why show any of that? Actually, why HAVE any of that!?

zesty, edokid is from Toronto and has tried several clinics. You can send him a private message for a recommendation.

Please read our FAQs. There are hundreds of clinics around. It’s unlikely that you’ll encounter someone here who’s been to whichever one you see somewhere first. What you should go by is the type of laser you need and find a clinic that uses it first (call to find out if you have to). Then go in for consultations at clinics that fit your needs and get test spots and find out settings they used. From there, you’ll be able to pick a good one.

There’s SO many here. When I drive home I pass through little India and there’s one beauty salon there, in the window it says “Men and women’s hair cuts, egyptian threading, manicures, and laser hair removal”!!!

You have a Little India?! That is SOOO awesome! I love Indian food and there are only a couple small Indian restaurants near me (usually expensive too). Indian super markets have so much neat stuff, too.

Uh, sorry I guess that was pretty off topic. Carry on…

Hahaha, we have little everything Toronto is huge :stuck_out_tongue: Little portugal, india, 2 china towns, greektown, little italy, etc etc hehe.

I’m heading there with my Greek friend for Labor Day weekend. Can’t wait  I’ve been to Montreal/Quebec and Vancouver/Whistler, but not Toronto and Niagara.

Oh amazing!! Montreal is awesome I love it, Toronto is different but sounds like fun!
