I thought I would ask the HT community for recommendations on an electrologist in the NYC-metro area that has experience on reducing the density/thickness of male body hair (not necessarily looking for complete removal).
Price, quality, and speed are all important qualities.

Well, before complete removal takes place, there is a period of increasing reduction. Technically, you can stop electrolysis at any point, once you’re happy with the look. But there isn’t a strategy for reduction with electrolysis, which is not a removal at the same time. But keep in mind that some hairs that are regrowing thinner and weaker, if they are not killed, can with time recover and get back to their past splendor.
