I just had a full beard clearance, it has been 4 days since my lip was finished. I know these treatments are intense and have side effects I have a numbness throughout my face and am wondering how long it usually takes to go away?

About 2 to 3 weeks.
It happens in areas with high density of nerve endings (lips, genitals, etc), with follicles very close together, and as a result a significant inflammatory response. You will have the same sensitivity, (I’d say even greater feeling to the touch)than before treatments.
