New to electrolysis, upper lip texture question?

Hi everybody,

I’m undergoing electrolysis for MtF facial hair removal and I’m about 6 hours in, and had some questions about the texture of my upper lip.

I did a 2 hour session for the lip, and wondering if this texture is normal or from some type of icepick texture. I should mention I previously had acne in my teens and had been on Accutane a few years ago. The other areas my electrologist did do not have this texture such as around the jaw and sideburn.

Here’s my upper lip after the first pass over it, which was done 2 weeks ago: Lip

Heather, there’s absolutely nothng wrong in your photos.
Also being just 6 hours of treatment and this only having been done recently, your skin has a lot of healing to do.Your skin will amaze you. You have nothing at all to worry about.
