I have an “ancient” Braun Silk Epil Comfort (the yellow-white one) that I rarely use mainly because of the noise, time it takes and lack of effectiveness. The noise+pain I can tolerate but I’m tired of having to go over the same area so many times just to pluck 3 hairs!!! I was wondering how it compares to the new models (other brands as well) and if it’s worth it to just buy one of these new models and which one. It’s difficult to distinguish just plain effectiveness from the useless accessories they include. Can anyone help?
Another silly question: Has the Emjoi Optima any relevance to Philips Optima? I can’t seem to find Emjoi brand here and was wondering if Philips are the distributors in europe.
