I noticed something on my upper lip yesterday which wasn’t there before:
A tiny red visible vein.
It doesn’t bother me since it is barely barely visible, but I wonder how it got there. Could this be a possible side effect of laser?

That is doubtful. Lasers are used to remove problem veins.
