where I live there are 2 devices, one is the gentlelase and the other is the aurora, which is most effective??? why???
If it is not the Gentlelase Plus, I would go with the Aurora. The fluence levels on the original Gentlelase are too low to be effective. The Aurora has similar optical fluence 20J, with the addition of RF fluence. My practitioner had a demo with the Gentlelase and was not very impressed with it.

I can’t compare the two but I am extraordinarily happy with my results on the GentleLase Plus.
The Gentlelase Plus is an upgraded model. It has higher maximum fluence levels than the original Gentlelase. Since you responded so well to the alexandrite laser, you must have light skin and dark hair. We are always glad to hear good results like this.
