need info on how long it might take

I am a male 25 with hair on my upper arms that is black and hair on my shoulders and back. I do not have a large amount of hair. I am wondering how long this might take. Just an estimate as I know it depends on amount of hair. What would be the best type of electrolysis? Much thanks to those responding.

As you know, we can’t guess that.

What ever your first clearance time, your second clearance would be less time. The progression would continue from there.

Although it would take 9 to 18 moths to finish, one would not be getting treatment every week for all that time. Eventually, one would be getting work done once in 12 weeks or more.

Thanks for responding. Are you a professional electroysist or some one with the same problem?

Hair Removal Specialist here, and I have had thousands of hairs removed from my face and neck.

it took me like three months to get a first clearance!!!
And I was going sometimes twice a week for hours! Now I can get a clearance in two or three hours but Im ready for another hour or so within four to seven days! But that is my face. And the next person might tell you there first clearance came in a few treatments.

I think when all is said and done with me, I will do electo for years, im around 5 months now and can see myself at this rate going once a week for at least the next 4-6 months.

Best of luck!

I have been seeing a client with similar hair charactaristics like yours. We’ve been seeing each other every five weeks from months 6-15. Today, 678 insertions were made and she was on the table for 72 minutes. PicoFlash thermolysis has been used for the most of the work, with MicroFlash thermolysis being used for te first six months. She always leaves clear of all bothersome hair. 2-3 hour clearances with a couple thousand hairs removed have now dwindled to under a thousand insertions in a little over an hour. Her skin looks great. She shaves once every three weeks now as opposed to what she had to do everyday. She has been compliant and will thus be successful within an 18 month time frame, I believe. She will need short cleanups here and there, I assume? Cost to her has been close to $3,000. She is a single mom who took on a small second job to help finance this and has almost reached the end. She’s a very serious person who doesn’t talk or smile very much, but today she was smiling very large. It is absolutely awesome to see and feel someones happiness when they realize that electrolysis has truly given them the gift of permanent hair removal . I love my “job”.
