I need some help in choosing the right laser for my business… I am currently looking into either the
Palomar StarLux, the Syneron Galaxy Aurora 5 head and the Candela GentleLase. .
Which one do you think is better?

What is your skin type (or how light is your skin color)?
What area do you want lasered and how dark is the hair?

If you want to treat the most varied range of skin types, you need 2 lasers, an alexandrite like GentleLASE (for light skin) and an ND:Yag (for dark skin). I wouldn’t buy an IPL (Aurora or Palomar above). You can also consider Apogee Elite machine with has both alex and Yag settings in one.

I am more interested in something that would also do spider veins, photofacial etc than one for all skin tones…

because those are IPLs and they are as they say “do all, but master of none”. if you’re interested in providing the best HAIR removal service and not just making the most money out of unsuspecting consumers, you need a true hair removal laser to perform hair removal to get the best possible results for them.
