After reading some bad stories about long term laser results, and realizing that some of my hairs are just not being affected by the laser at all, I’d like to start electro now, so that I don’t have to have these hairs on my face any longer than I can help it… The problem is that I’m in China, and I’m having a hard time trying to figure out a safe place to go for treatment… Is anyone else on here familiar with the area?

fine hairs on the face should only be treated with electrolysis in the first place. laser produces good permanent results, but not on the type of hair you’re talking about.
have you located anyone who practices electrolysis there at all yet?
These are actually coarse hairs 
But mostly of white/clear color
I haven’t really located anyone yet… There don’t seem to be any big clinics advertising here, and I’m a bit apprehensie about going to a small one… since liability isn’t so strong here in china…
I hope someone who lives near you can help you out because you definitely need electrolysis. You will have to do some investigating on your own and I have one request:when you find out about electrolysis in Shanghai, could you please come back and let us know everything you have discovered? Regulations? licensing? equipment? method? hygiene? advice given? It would be so helpful to future Shanghainigans (is that a word?) and people like myself who is just plain curious.
