need advice

hi wondering if any of the electrologist have come across a case like this. I have a client who was on hormone replacement therapy for 10 years and did not have any facial hairs.she stopped taking it 1 1/2 years ago but 6 months before she stopped taking the hormone replacement tablets she developed facial hair that she would tweeze. I have been working on her but i noticed after 5 months she is still getting very very strong hairs. She has done a blood test for her hormones and all seems ok. does anyone know much about hormone replacement therapy.? I should add this client suffers severe depression and she is on medication but none of the medication she is on show to have side effects of excess hair growth.

I am not an expert in hormone therapy, but I have seen this phenomenon often.

For 10 years, hormone therapy prevented the hairs “fatten” progressively. Now, the hairs are growing in size should be 10 years later. It was an interlude of peace to the client. But the starting point for the electrolysis is not like 10 years ago, this is much worse.

This is the reason why I hate simultaneously Diane or Androcur with Electrolysis (as advised by endocrinologists before the laser). I hate to do responsible the Electrolysis of a failure when it is a failure of hormonal therapy (as is provided to reduce excess hair). This is one of the things that I put more emphasis when I report to a client who are taking birth control. I say:
