Need advice on my back

I am a 28 year old white male. I have light white skin, which is sensitive. I am blonde, but the hair on my back and shoulders is thin and black. Meanwhile the hair on my chest, arm and legs is blonde…Pretty strange.

I am looking to permanently remove the hair on my back and shoulders. The hair on my shoulders is thin and separated whereas I have loose hairs in different spots. On my back I have a lot of long hair on the upper part of my back. I used to wax my back and shoulders but now I want to permanently remove the hair.

My question is what should I do to permanently remove it? I am willing to spend the money on laser only if it will definetly work, but I do not want to keep going for over 1 1/2 years like some people do. I am also willing to go to electrolysys once a week for as along as it takes. Oh, and pain is no problem for me.

What can you suggest I do?

Do what works.

Get electrolysis.

Blondes don’t have better Light Amplificaiton by Stimulated Emission of Radiation treatment results. That goes to the white skinned brunettes.
