I’m a bit confused here. I think my dermatologist/laser tech uses the NdYag/GentleLase. Does that sound correct? What worries me is what everyone is saying on these forums. I am African American with light skin and dark hair. Is there another laser option I have? I did electrolysis and I would keep breaking out, with the laser my face is clear and smooth and less side-effects(atleast from what I notice). I know I will need more treatments then usual with this one but is there hope for any hair removal method. I’ve heard of some people doing electrolysis for years and some getting laser and the hair growing back after a short period of time. What is a girl to do? Can someone help me out with some advice…?
